Mark's Kitchen sells one digital product, Mark's Sweet Swaps: 50 Real-Food Desserts. This page explains what personal information is involved and who handles it.

This website

This page does not use accounts, advertising trackers or its own cookies. It keeps an anonymous daily count of page views and button clicks, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and the checkout script from Payhip, so those services receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, as described in their own privacy policies.

Checkout and payment

Orders are processed by Payhip. When you buy, Payhip and its payment provider (Stripe) collect your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We never see or store your full card details.

What we receive

From Payhip we receive your name, email address, country and order details. We use them only to deliver your purchase, handle refunds, answer your messages and meet tax and accounting duties. We do not sell your information, and we only send marketing email if you have agreed to receive it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years. Other messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. Where data protection law (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws) applies, you can also complain to your local authority.
