If Mark's Sweet Swaps is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Send a message through our contact form. Include the email address you used to buy, so we can find your order.

What happens next

We process refunds within 3 business days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After 30 days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not normally accepted. If something went wrong with your download, contact us at any time and we will fix it.
